Join a small, well-regarded care home in Sheffield and strong community links. Were seeking an experienced Care Home Manager with Nursing experience to lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality elderly and dementia care.

The Role

• Oversee all aspects of care home management and clinical operations

• Lead and support a skilled team (nurses, admin, carers, catering)

• Full-time, 40 hrs./week (on-call shared)

• Must have experience managing a nursing home and good clinical and business understanding

Requirements

• Active NMC pin and nursing qualification (Adult, MH, or LD) is not essential but a bonus

• NVQ Level 5 in Healthcare Management

• 23 years\’ experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing care home

• Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and DOLs

• Skilled in compliance, audits, staffing, occupancy, and community engagement
