Leading on the financial elements of external reporting including the Annual Report and Accounts, full year and half year announcements. Day-to-day management of the Group external audit, ensuring the delivery of an efficient process within the required deadlines. Developing accounting policies and procedures ensuring they are consistently applied across the Group. Leading on all technical accounting matters for the Group, preparing accounting papers where required. Driving the development of the Group control environment and monthly financial close process.
