My client is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team, working on commercial office and restaurant sites. They operate across Essex, London, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and the Home Counties. This position will be covering sites in London and Essex areas. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for service and maintenance at multiple sites including restaurants and commercial offices. There is a separate install team, so this role is totally service and maintenance focussed. If you also have experience in refrigeration, it's an added bonus, though not essential.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Visiting client's sites to carry out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing.
- Working on a variety of air conditioning units including Split units, VRV's, VRF's, twin and multi-splits, chillers and more.
- Carrying out reactive maintenance visits where you will need to fault find, diagnose, isolate and repair.
- Submitting detailed engineering reports to ensure our office team can communicate clearly with the client.
