For Companies Our client is looking for a new Business Centre Manager based in Basingstoke. They have 80 sites across the UK.
This role will suit someone who is Enthusiastic, Professional and Driven and has excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for the day to running of the business centre and line manager to the assistant manger and maintenance operations.
Reporting to the Regional Manager.
The role involves dealing with new and existing customers, build good relationships.
Dealing with monthly billing and invoices, P&L, sales with new customers when viewing the site.
From time to time you may be required to oversee other sites.
Good IT skills are advantageous.
Salary £35 / £36K Neg
