Job overview: The Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to students with special educational needs (autism, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties). This role is crucial to ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional support of their students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support for students, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with personal care routines as needed, promoting dignity and independence.
