Room Leader

We are seeking qualified Room Leader to support the baby room at a well-established Nursery in Aylesbury. You will need to provide a stimulating environment for the children in the Nursery which enables them to develop to their full potential. REFERENCE: TE62580 As Room Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You’ll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are always maintained. Requirements: * A level 3 qualification in either Early Years or Childcare * Background working in a nursery setting. * Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding OFSTED requirements and current legislation. * Strong communication and organisational skills. The Role: * Room Leader * 40 hours a week * Monday-Friday * Working with children from the age of 2.5 to 5 years old * £30,000-£32,000kpa
