Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contract in Derby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health assessments and interventions to service users in the community.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate care plans, ensuring effective delivery of services.
- Support individuals in managing their mental health and promoting recovery.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Previous experience working as a CPN or in a similar role.
