Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant recognised teaching qualification in Early Years education.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and experience teaching Reception-aged children.
  • A strong commitment to creating an engaging, nurturing, and well-managed classroom that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
