📍 Location: Hybrid – Offices in London & Kent

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Act as a Technical Lead and CRE(D) on major rail and infrastructure projects.
• Mentor & Grow: Support and guide junior engineers, helping to shape their careers while growing your leadership skills.
• Deliver Excellence: Own the design and delivery of key project outputs including calculations, models, and technical reports.
• Manage Projects: Oversee scope, resources, budgets, and timelines — be the driving force from concept to completion.
• Engage Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships, contribute to meetings, and represent the business confidently.
• Support Growth : Be part of tendering, proposals, and business development conversations.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in Civil or Structural Engineering (Rail/infrastructure focus preferred)
• Chartered or Incorporated with ICE or IStructE
• Hands-on experience with rail standards (NR, Eurocodes, BS)
• CRE(D) experience a strong advantage
• Proficiency with tools like Tekla Tedds, Robot, MIDAS, etc.
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Good understanding of CDM and H&S regulations
