I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who are currently looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the West Central London area. Their clientele is mainly based in the Sloane Square and Duke Of York Square area of Belgravia & Chelsea.
This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background looking to join a small, growing maintenance company who offer training and personal development. You will be expected to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate would need to have a driving license as they have a company pool estate car or van to take part in the company call out rota which is currently 1 in 7. This is not an overly reactive call out with the client being called out 3 times in the past year. The company have a garage in which the vehicles are kept and collected.
You will be providing the following duties but not limited to:
- PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment etc.
- General building services tasks
- Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
- Working as part of a small maintenance team

Salary & Package:
- 43-48K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card paid from where you are based.
- Shared company pool car / van supplied for taking part in call out.
- Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30.
- 25 Days Annual leave + bank holiday
- Pension & healthcare plan & Company Sick Pay scheme
- Plenty of OT - 1.5 in week, Saturdays & X2 Sundays & bank
