Are you looking to join a company who specialise in exciting timber playground projects? This company are a Bristol based contractor who specialise in the bespoke design, manufacture and install of exciting adventure parks and playgrounds. They have been operating for over 20 years and are experiencing high levels of growth and success. As a result of this they have established themselves at the forefront of their market and are now looking to drive forward their growth plans by bringing a Site Lead on board.

In this role, you will be heading up sites across the UK, so will be required to stay away from home on a weekly basis, installing natural timber playgrounds. You will be on the tools, taking a hands-on approach whilst managing a team of Site Operatives and leading the installation of the projects. Your main responsibilities will be to plan and organise site tasks, ensure materials and equipment are ordered when needed as well as to be the main contact between site teams, management and clients.

This role would suit a hands-on individual who has experience working in a carpentry, joinery, landscaping, groundworks or similar. You will be able to lead a small team of operatives whilst also getting stuck in and getting your hands dirty. You must have experience working with machinery. You will be an organised individual who has great attention to detail. You must be happy to work away from home on a weekly basis!

  • Site Lead

The Person:

  • Have experience in a similar role from a carpentry, woodwork, landscaping, joinery or groundworks background
  • Be a hands-on individual, happy to get stuck in on the tools
  • Must be happy to work and stay away from home, Airbnb’s and daily allowance provided
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills as you will be leading a small team
  • Full UK Driver’s License
