Telesales Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Person to join our client based in Winchester. The successful Telesales will be responsible for: Making outbound calls. Seek enquiries in for the sales team to quote. This will require working with 3 types of customers. First time calls, cold calls to introduce the company and see if they would have a requirement. Prospective calls, calling the existing data base of customers yet to use a service. Existing customers, to reinforce relationships for future business. KPI will be set as calls per hour, tickets generated an inquiries received. Working on a CRM system with a phone system linked.
