The Role:
- Handle day-to-day incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and process purchase orders
- Monitor and respond to a busy shared inbox, prioritising queries and escalating where necessary
- Process returns, track deliveries and liaise with couriers
- Book out orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings and orders
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Support general administrative tasks as required in a fast-paced office environment
