At Eastwood Park Training, we are looking for a Medical Gas Trainer to deliver the portfolio’s training and development/consultancy service, to include the development and updating of the course/service provision offered.

You will have a can-do attitude and the flexibility to change and adapt to the day-to-day requirements. As well as being positive, proactive and with good communication and organisational skills, we are looking for someone who has:

  • A suitable Engineering qualification at level 4 or equivalent (AP Level).

  • Commercial or NHS Estates experience of installing/maintaining electrical/ mechanical service systems.

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation national standards, professional and other guidelines. Procedures and practices e.g. HTM 02:01, DOH/MHRA, Health and Safety, RIDDOR, COSH, Sound knowledge of the operation of safe systems of work.

  • Experience of the day-to-day management of medical gas systems.

  • A recognised Teaching or Internal Quality Assessor qualification would be desirable, as would practical experience in the operation and maintenance of piped medical gas systems.

This role is for 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday.

Clients will be based over various areas and you should be willing to occasionally work away from home for short periods.
