💼 About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and dev teams — turning complex needs into clear, actionable requirements. From workshops to user stories, data analysis to Agile delivery — you’ll help ensure systems meet real-world business goals.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Define & document system requirements

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers

• Lead workshops to gather business needs

• Analyse data & validate solutions (SQL a big plus!)

• Write user stories, specs & support documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in systems/business analysis (Agile/Scrum)

• Great communicator — clear & concise

• Skilled at stakeholder engagement and facilitation

• SQL or data analysis experience is highly valued

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence & Microsoft 365

• Global mindset — happy working across time zones
