We are currently working with a market leading technology-based business looking to add into their growing commercial team. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager. The main objective within this role is to act as a commercial interface, managing key business to business relationships, clients, and suppliers. Providing commercial insights, supporting profitable growth whilst driving the business's long term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the business
- Renegotiating and aligning terms accordingly
- Identifying and mitigating risks in contracts
- Renewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordingly
- Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
- Negotiating, drafting, editing and approving contract documentation
- Undertaking CDD checks for new suppliers
- Reviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicable
- Ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially sound
- Mitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunities
- Supporting and advising internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations
