Operations Analyst – UCITs – Investment manager – Flexible working

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional with 3+ years to join a city-based global Asset Manager on a permanent basis.

This role involves managing all operational aspects of onboarding new investor accounts, including coordination with transfer agents, compliance teams, and internal systems setup. The successful candidate will handle both internal and external onboarding communications, oversee daily investor flows, and ensure timely updates to investment teams.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring fund service providers, managing fee reimbursement processes, supporting regulatory reporting, maintaining CRM data, and contributing to audits and financial statement reviews. The position also offers opportunities to lead operational elements of projects such as new share class launches and process improvements.

Applicants should have a very solid understanding of UCIT fund structures, and have a predominantly institutional client background.
