Are you a driven legal professional with experience in personal injury claims? We are looking for a Fee Earner to join our busy and fast-paced Team A, where you'll manage a varied caseload of MOJ, non-MOJ, and disputed liability claims including cases involving fraud and fundamental dishonesty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming accident claims, logging details via our case management system (Proclaim)
- Register claims and manage them through the MOJ portal up to Stage 3 or settlement
- Assess liability, set up new files, and develop case strategies
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to progress claims
- Arrange ATE insurance and manage documentation
- Negotiate settlements efficiently and effectively
- Process own billing and adhere to company protocols and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in personal injury claims handling (MOJ and non-MOJ)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Working knowledge of Proclaim and MOJ portal advantageous
- Commitment to excellent client care and compliance (SRA, GDPR, FCA)
