This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a complex, high-impact transition programme in collaboration with three upper-tier authorities. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving strategic change, building strong cross-sector relationships, and establishing the governance and operational framework for the new authority. This is an exciting opportunity to influence long-term regional transformation at a senior level within local government.
