A market leading building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London, Surrey and the South East is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specializes in high-end/prime refurbishments and new builds and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £30 million and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work.

Current projects range from £2 million to £20 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.

You will be responsible for:

Procurement
Cash flow forecasting
Tender and contract documents
Final accounts
Contracts
Valuations
Variations
Attending professional and client meetings
Assigning subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule

Requirements:

5 years + experience (non-negotiable)
High-end residential projects
Experience of working for a main contractor
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
