Overview: We are currently instructed by a well-established and fast-growing law firm based in South Manchester that is looking to appoint a motivated Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with experience in real estate, property finance, or conveyancing who is looking to deepen their specialism within a commercial environment. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture and strong client relationships, particularly in the lender and bridging finance space.
The Role: You will support senior solicitors on a range of real estate finance transactions, primarily acting for specialist lenders, bridging finance companies, and property investors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with residential and commercial property finance matters
- Reviewing titles and preparing property reports
- Handling searches, requisitions, and Land Registry applications
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties
- Supporting with compliance, file management, and client onboarding
- Progressing files with increasing responsibility under supervision
You will gain exposure to high-volume, time-sensitive transactions in a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
About You: Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar paralegal role. Background in real estate, conveyancing, or property finance. Understanding of the property transaction process, particularly relating to secured lending. Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a busy workload.
