We are looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to oversee a large corporate building in London. You\βll also oversee two additional sites and play a key role in delivering a consistently high standard of service across all locations.
This role would suit a people-focused leader who is passionate about motivating teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-specification cleaning standards are consistently achieved. You\βll be the main point of contact for the client and help deliver exceptional service every day.
This position sits within our Portfolio division , a specialist cleaning service designed for professional workplaces where the look and feel of the environment directly impacts employee well-being, productivity, and brand perception.

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you\βll be:
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service consistently
- Carrying out audits, preparing reports, and delivering projects in collaboration with the Regional Director
- Organising regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and specifications
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations
- Continuously looking for opportunities to improve services, drive efficiencies, and add value for clients
As a Cleaning Site Manager, you\βll have:
- Strong people management skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- The ability to plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract performance monitoring
- A good understanding of Health & Safety within the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Previous experience working with commercial clients (preferred but not essential)
