My client a FMCG are looking to hire an EA based in their head office in Watford. This is a permanent post paying up to £50,000 and you would be expected in the office 3 days a week. In this role you will be providing high-level support to the Executive function. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, cultural awareness, and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Diary management- organise and maintain the Executives schedules for all internal and external appointments.
- Travel coordination- arrange complex travel itineraries including; flights, visas, accommodation and transports.
- Meeting preparation- prepare detailed agendas, presentations, reports and taking meaningful minutes
- Act as the first POC for the Executives managing all communications with professionalism and discretion
- Draft, edit and proofread documents on behalf of the Executive team
- Overseeing expense reporting and budgeting
- Support with the executive of any strategic projects
To carry out this role you must:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role supporting C-suite or senior executives ideally within the FMCG sector
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organisational skills
