Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely purchase order processing.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise to ensure proper levels.
  • Understand and utilize MRP planning and inventory management skills to ensure inventory meets production requirements with minimum stock levels.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly inventory count.
  • Provide various reports and metrics to monitor demand/supply/performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with China Headquarters ERP, Finance, and Information teams, to provide support to lab operational initiatives in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in biotechnology or logistics/supply chain management is required, with a minimum of one-year experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiar with ERP system.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail are a must for office-based work.
  • A strong teamwork ethic and the commitment to successfully deliver to tight deadlines are essential.
  • Experience of working within an ISO17025 environment is advantageous.
