Insights Research Analyst (Hertfordshire)

Insights Research Analyst &##128176;000 + £3k bonus + bens &##Hertfordshire (Hybrid with 2 days WFH) I’ve partnered with a super-exciting scaleup based in Hertfordshire looking for an HR Insights Research Analyst to take responsibility for translating HR data into actionable strategies that help clients drive informed decision-making. This role involves data analysis, client consulting/onboarding and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders. Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development. Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights. Create content on my client’s business trends and best practices. Onboarding / training new customers 1+ years in an Insight/Research role (any HR/Employee data experience would be nice to have) ✔ Strong data analysis and storytelling skills. ✔ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus. ✔
