Job Title: Pharmacist and Pharmacy Dispensers Location: Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Shift-Based) Salary: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE / Umbrella) Reports To: Pharmacy Manager / Superintendent Pharmacist We are seeking dedicated and professional Pharmacy Dispensers and Pharmacists to join our team in the West Midlands . This role offers a structured shift pattern and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the local community through high-quality pharmacy services. Shift Pattern: Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (12-hour shifts) Includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis For Pharmacy Dispensers: Accurately dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management For Pharmacists: Ensure safe, effective, and legal dispensing of medications MURs, NMS, vaccinations) Lead and support the pharmacy team during shifts Pharmacy Dispenser: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services (or working towards it) Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage Pharmacist: Experience in community pharmacy preferred Fixed 4-on-4-off schedule promoting work-life balance Competitive salary and staff benefits
