Business Development Manager
💰Up to £85.000 base + double OTE
📍Remote with sporadic travel for client meetings
I'm assisting the Sales Director of one of the UK’s fastest-growing Managed Security Services Providers in sourcing a Business Development Manager to join his high-performing sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for new business development, driving revenue growth, and selling a wide range of cyber security managed services across multiple industry verticals in the UK.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Hunting for new business opportunities across the mid/corporate market space
- Selling my client's award-winning managed services including MDR, DLP, cloud security, and compliance
- Running full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Building and nurturing relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and Compliance leads
- Working closely with pre-sales and marketing to refine go-to-market strategies
What I’m looking for:
- Proven success in a new business sales role within IT or cybersecurity services
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
- Consultative sales approach and confidence in C-level conversations
- Results-driven mindset and strong pipeline management
- A passion for solving complex security challenges
