Front of House Steward/Bar Stewards - Theatre Severn

We are looking for staff to join our large Front of House team at Theatre Severn. Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a busy environment, previous bar work will be an advantage, with a good understanding of customer care, communication skills, cash handling and teamwork. A mature and pleasant attitude are essential requirements. Experience of working in a customer focused environment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be given. This is a hands-on role requiring people who are able to be on their feet for long periods of time and are able to do some manual handling. Working as a front of house steward involves lots of different work- primarily we are there for our patron\’s health and safety, their comfort and enjoyment during their visit to us. Every day is different when you work as a steward- it includes bar work, selling ice creams and confectionary, taking tickets and generally helping our customers.
