My client are the Façade division of a larger group of companies.

Their pipeline of cladding remediation works are in demand and they have a strong forward order book.

HQ based near Paddington, London.

The Role – Assistant Estimator (Construction)

My client are looking to appoint an Assistant Estimator, to their preconstruction team.

Reporting into a Senior Estimator/Commercial Director, in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and submitting detailed cost estimates for projects.
• Analysing project plans
• Performing material take-offs
• Sourcing cost information
• Preparing tender documents
• Liaising with suppliers and clients.
• Proficient in using Excel
• Experience within the facade industry is beneficial but not essential.

*You will need to have previous experience in an estimating role, within the construction industry*
