Data & Document Automation Developer (Remote – £50K+)

You'll work across dynamic projects using a blend of proprietary tech and industry tools to automate data workflows, support client delivery, and build internal systems. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and maintaining automated data pipelines using our proprietary ADPS (Automated Data Processing System).
• Supporting clients, account managers, and sales teams by querying transactional data and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
• Designing and maintaining Quadient Inspire Designer workflows and generating mail-merged outputs (letters, envelopes, postcards, etc.).
• Implementing and maintaining internal .NET applications to support business operations.
• Handling and transforming data from formats like TXT, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML.
• Integrating data processes with document composition tools, using scripting and modules for personalised outputs.
• Adding barcodes and dynamic elements to ensure mailing integrity and production efficiency.

✅ Key Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (scripting experience essential).
• 2+ years’ experience with T-SQL .
• 2+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio .
• Experience with SSRS , Power BI , HTML , CSS , APIs is beneficial but not required.
• Proven ability to manipulate data, create mail pieces, and process for UK and international postage using tools like PAF, MPS, and Mailsort.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
