What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage site acquisitions, disposals, and leasing for hyperscale and colocation developments
• Conduct due diligence around power, fibre, planning, and environmental factors
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and partner with legal, technical, and operational teams
• Advise on market trends, location strategy, and long-term portfolio growth across Tier 1 and emerging markets
• Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and local authorities

• Proven background in site transactions within data centres or critical infrastructure
• Strong market insight across UK and European real estate landscapes
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
