Homersham is a modern supported living development, just outside the centre of Canterbury, and we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager ready to join our team and hit the ground running!
About Us:
Welcome to Homersham, a spacious modern building comprising seven high-spec, modern flats and bed sits designed to meet the unique needs of autistic adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support in a community setting.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with the onsite Supported Living Manager and Team Leaders to recruit, retain, and develop staff.
- Provide regular supervisions and competency assessments.
- Work closely with the QA team and Operations Manager.
- Lead one of three teams, providing support and oversight to all teams.
- Build positive and engaging relationships with tenants, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure continuity and consistency in the quality of care.

- A driver comfortable with driving company vehicles, including a small minibus.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
