A highly regarded mid-sized UK law firm is seeking a Tax Associate (1-3 PQE, England & Wales qualified) from a top 50 UK law firm to join its close-knit, dynamic, and growing Corporate Tax team in London. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing tax advice on corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations
• Assisting with cross-border tax planning and structuring
• Drafting and reviewing tax-related documents and agreements
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Staying up-to-date with developments in tax law and regulations

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years’ PQE, with experience from a top 50 UK law firm in corporate tax law
• England & Wales qualified or equivalent
• Solid experience in corporate tax matters
• Excellent technical, drafting, and commercial skills
