We're proud to be partnering with an exciting new luxury Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brand based in London, as they look to grow their in-house marketing team with the addition of a Social Media Content Creator .

This is a standout opportunity to join an ambitious start-up on a mission to redefine how martial arts is expressed through storytelling, and digital content. If you're a creative thinker who lives and breathes social media and has a sharp eye for design, movement, and brand storytelling — this could be your next big move.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing a vibrant, on-brand content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and beyond
• Creating original video, photo and graphic content that celebrates the spirit of Jiu-Jitsu and the lifestyle that surrounds it
• Working closely with athletes, founders, and creatives to capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, interviews, and community stories
• Owning the content calendar and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with the brand’s tone of voice
• Analysing performance metrics to refine and optimise social content and engagement
• Staying on the pulse of emerging trends, tools, and content formats in the social space

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience creating and publishing social-first content for fashion, lifestyle, or sports brands
• Strong video production, editing, and photography skills (even better if you shoot mobile & DSLR)
• A passion for authentic storytelling and visually compelling narratives
• Confidence in owning projects end-to-end, from concept to execution
• A collaborative, proactive mindset – someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
