Salary: £85K+ Package

Our client, a well-established and growing housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple housing projects across Sussex and Kent. Specialising in high-quality, sustainably designed developments, the company is entering an exciting growth phase — launching a new house type in 2026, building partnerships with Housing Associations, and targeting 500 units per year by 2030. Their long-term plan includes achieving a 5-star house builder rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support three Site/Project Managers across up to three live sites.
  • Lead site-based teams to deliver outstanding health, safety, environmental, quality, and programme performance.
  • Ensure consistent high standards across all operational sites.
  • Promote a customer-first culture throughout all developments.
  • Collaborate professionally with internal and external teams to drive project success.
