Director - Real Estate Valuations (London Area)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead their Real Estate Valuation service line within a dynamic Advisory team. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of valuation and advisory engagements, including support for audit-related work.

The Opportunity

You will lead and develop a team of junior surveyors, deliver high-quality client outcomes, and play a key role in business development initiatives. The role spans a range of real estate asset classes and valuation techniques, offering the chance to work across complex, high-profile projects alongside top-tier professionals in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of real estate valuation services for both advisory and audit support purposes
