Experienced Sales Manager needed for long established dealership in Hertfordshire to maximise the development of a popular franchise . The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of quality sales process which delivers good sales results from a strong flow of enquiries . The brand demands gold standard CSI results and therefore enquiry management and follow up is key to ensure a first class customer experience. The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front.
