Commercial Property Lawyer (Hampshire)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a leading Hampshire law firm – they are looking for an experienced Mid Level Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team as a contractor for approximately 4 months.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General commercial property law support and advice
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as acquisitions, transactional work, leases, negotiations, due diligence and advising on contracts.

• Work pattern: Ideally 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home – however , the preferred candidate they are happy to work fully remotely.
• Days: 5 days a week, full-time hours
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 4 months
• IT Equipment: Equipment will be provided by the client.
