M&E Asset Surveyor - 6 Month Contract, North of the UK

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with an asset management consultancy who are looking to recruit an M&E Asset Surveyor to survey a healthcare facility in Cumbria and to then move onto a similar scheme in the Newcastle area. The contract can start immediately and will run till approximately October/November.  It will be a standard M&E condition survey of the estate, as such we are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyor to carry out a room by room, condition survey including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising GoReport. We are ideally looking for candidates who are qualified with a Mechanical or electrical qualification, with prior experience within the public sector, and a proven track record in asset surveys. Due to the nature of the estate a current live DBS will be required. The role is outside of IR35. If you’re interested in further details on the role please get in touch ASAP
