HR Advisor - 6 months fixed term contract

London - Hybrid

My client, a law firm who are leaders in their field, are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, and you would be required in their London office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as an ambassador for the team, proactively developing strong working relationships across the firm
  • Assisting with adhoc HR queries
  • Providing support on absence management issues including monitoring sickness, return to work guidance and OH referrals
  • Assisting the HR Business with employee relations issues
  • Administering family leave
  • Assisting the BP’s with the annual review process
  • Managing probation processes for all new joiners
  • Assisting with benefits administration

To carry out this role you will:

  • Have strong experience in an Advisory or Senior Advisory capacity, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Experience of using Cascade will be a bonus
