SRM Recruitment are supporting a high-growth London based Private Equity firm. The firm has performed incredibly well this year, outperforming most competitors in a tough market, as a result they have a requirement to expand their FP&A function. They are constantly evolving at an impressive pace, and the breadth of this role will give you exposure to a vast array of responsibilities, from the firms internal FP&A to a multitude strategic projects. This is a high-performance culture, meaning you will be mentored by top talent in the industry, pushing you to progress quickly. The role would suit an ACA or CFA qualified individual with excellent modelling capabilities and a strong understanding of Private Equity or Asset Management. Key Responsibilities: Provide forward looking financial analysis regarding the firm’s financial plans and performance. Preparation of rolling financial plans and supporting the budgeting process. Creating financial dashboards for reporting and KPI’s. Provide ad hoc modelling support for strategic projects. Preparation of quarterly shareholder board materials. Support the firm’s corporate finance activities e.g. capital raises, NAV lines and secondary transactions. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience and ACA or CFA qualified. Professional services background, ideally with experience in Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance or similar functions. Strong understanding of Private Equity or Asset Management. Excellent modelling skillset, ideally with experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools e.g. Anaplan or Tableau. The role offers an excellent progression plan, as well as a strong bonus and wider package.
