Operational Resilience Manager is required to join our Financial Services client to work on developing and implementing a robust Resilience framework across the organisation. Based in London (hybrid working), this is a permanent position offering between £100,000 and £120,000 + bonus + benefits.
You will be responsible for performing a full evaluation and monitoring of existing frameworks, before designing and implementing continuous improvements. This will be in accordance with FCA/BOE requirements / industry standards.
Key skills/experience:
- Proven experience as an Operational Resilience Manager (Minimum 5 years)
- Background in Operational Resilience within Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of BCM, Disaster Management and Operational Risk
- BCI qualified or ISO22301 certification would be advantageous – but not essential
