Mortgage Broker (London Area)

The main focus of the role will include:

• Advising clients on the most suitable mortgage products based on their needs and financial circumstances.
• Handling inbound, qualified leads.
• Managing the end-to-end mortgage process from enquiry through to completion.
• Working with a range of lenders across residential, buy-to-let, and specialist mortgage markets.
• Maintaining strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
• Ensuring all compliance, documentation, and regulatory checks are completed accurately.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with broader financial solutions where appropriate.
• Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with market changes.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need:

• A proactive, target-driven mindset and a genuine hunger to succeed.
• A minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in mortgage sales or broking.
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, consultative approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a high-energy team.
