Delivery Driver Delivery Driver Corby NN17 5DP £13.00, Monday – Thursday 7.000am – 4.30pm Friday 7.00am – 12.00pm Permanent after a successful temporary period, immediate start Due to the continued success of our client who are a market leading company in their field based in Corby Northamptonshire, have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver, where you will be working with an experienced team: Stay up to date with driving rules and regulations as and when legislation is changed Always operate with safety in mind, conforming with health and safety practices Observe and adhere to customer/supplier site rules Meet agreed goals and objectives in a timely manner Keep on-site works areas and Vehicle clean and tidy and free from any hazards Report any system failures to your line manager immediately Load the vehicle in a safe manner Complete and submit delivery notes to the admin office as soon as practicable Maintain the company vehicle, reporting any defects immediately to your line manager – carry out daily compliance checks as per policy Perform other duties as assigned this will include factory tasks when no driving is required.We would expect the successful Deliver Driver to demonstrate experience within a similar role, such as Courier Driver, Warehouse Driver or a Despatch Driver, as well as the ability to undertake physical duties within a manufacturing environment when required. The successful candidate will require a full clean driving licence and ideally hold a Counterbalance FLT licence. You will be joining the company site in Corby Northants, who are experts in their field of manufacturing. They boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role offers variety daily.
