Supply Chain Manager – Trial Supplies – Uxbridge
Atrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trail Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience required alongside global drug development process/regulations.
Essential:
• Pharma industry related experience.
• Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
• Proficient and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as Project management.
• Forecasting and Planning as well as Manufacturing, Packaging & Labelling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality and/or Stability.
• Understanding of import / export requirements.
• Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems, helpful.
• Applies and drives Forecasting and Planning activity as it relates to protocol.
• Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.
• Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
• Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).
• Negotiation (Manages Execution, Results Driven, Analysis of Issues, Effective Speaking, Builds Relationships).
• Influencing (manages influencing others).
• Coaching and mentoring (fosters teamwork).
