About Us: We are a well-established financial services firm with two offices, offering comprehensive advice on both the IFA and mortgage sides of the business. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a Part-Time IFA Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners

Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence

Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management

Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes

Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector

Strong organisational and communication skills

Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
