Key Responsibilities:
If successful, you will join our corporate team of financial sales. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on delivering an honest and transparent service to our clients. Therefore, learning how to keep our customers happy will be one of the most important aspects of your role at GSM Finance Ltd.
• Delivering excellent client relationship management throughout the sales process.
• Researching and generating profitable new business opportunities while identifying other profit angles.
• Cold calling will play a major part in your role, so you will need to be a people-person who can establish relationships and generate interest.
• Applying solid financial and business acumen to better comprehend client strategies.
• Focusing on goals and results while striving to surpass targets.
• Managing existing customer relationships, ensuring accounts are utilised and profitable.
• Ensuring adequate preparation for the trading day.
The Right Candidate:
We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a background in asset finance who is eager to develop a long-term career with us. The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in asset finance, lending, or a related financial services sector.
- Be confident in handling high-pressure situations and able to multitask effectively.
- Understand that the first 12 months will be challenging—success in this industry requires hard work and dedication to achieve a six-figure salary.
- Be career-driven, motivated, and eager to develop into an industry leader.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and transparency in all dealings.
- Be a strong and articulate communicator , capable of explaining financial products in simple terms.
- Possess a sales-driven attitude with a hunger to succeed.
- Have a proven ability to identify and assess profit angles and structure funding solutions accordingly.
- Be adaptable, able to think on their feet, and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service .
- Be loyal, hardworking, and ambitious .
We Offer:
• Starting salary £28,000 + commission pay
• Bonus – based on hitting KPIs and OTE 100k+.
