Junior CAD Technical Administrator in Rugby

Overview:

We are looking for aJunior Technical Administratorwith proven CAD experience to join our clients team in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in technical administration and hands-on CAD work who is looking to build a long-term career in a structured, process-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update technical drawings using CAD software
• Input and manage data in the company CRM system
• Maintain accurate records in the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to technical and operational teams
• Work within established processes and contribute to process improvements
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a technical or administrative role
• Practical experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• A process-driven, detail-focused approach to work
• Comfortable using digital systems such as CRM and/or QMS databases
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
