Odin Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a rapidly growing group of day nurseries seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Area Manager to take the reins across multiple settings in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

?? What Youll Be Doing:

As Area Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and uplifting the performance of a small but expanding group of nurseries. Youll work closely with setting managers, staff, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Provide visionary leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers.
• Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and care in line with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
• Drive Performance: Monitor and improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Develop Teams: Foster continuous professional development and a thriving staff culture.
• Communicate and Report: Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and effective communication.

You\’re a motivated, proactive leader with a deep passion for early years education. You know what outstanding looks likeand you wont settle for anything less.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A full UK driving licence
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong grasp of financial oversight and strategic planning
• Confident in conducting audits and quality observations
• Excellent IT skills
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection
