North London – hybrid (2 days in, 3 from home)

Up to £38,000 dependent on experience

Blush & Bloom are looking for an analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join a growing beauty business in North London. You’ll be at the heart of forecasting demand, managing inventory and ensuring customers always have access to the products they love! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company, working with high-growth brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using market trends, sales data, and promotional insights.
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and market demand to optimise inventory.
• Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Analyse the impact of promotions and seasonal trends on demand.
• Implement and refine statistical models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide insights on product lifecycle planning, from launch to phase-out.
• Generate reports and dashboards to inform key stakeholders.
• Identify and drive process improvements in demand planning.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar role within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour is a plus.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Additional certification (APICS, IBF) in demand planning or supply chain management is a plus.
